“EASY CHAT & SHOP” คือบริการพิเศษเพื่อช่วยให้คุณลูกค้าสามารถเลือกชมรายละเอียดสินค้า exclusive, สินค้า limited-edition,
และสินค้า imported จากประเทศญี่ปุ่นที่มีจำหน่ายภายในร้าน TAKEO KIKUCHI Flagship Store, at centralwOrld และสั่งซื้อ
สินค้าได้ทาง Online Store และ TAKEO KIKKUCHI LINE OfficialAccount.

ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบวิธีการสั่งซื้อ และเงื่อนไขการให้บริการด้านล่างนี้

ลูกค้าสามารถซื้อสินค้าได้ทาง Online Store ตามขั้นตอนปกติ หรือซื้อง่ายขึ้นด้วยการ chat และ shop กับแอดมินผ่าน LINE Official Account.

1.Capture a photo of the product you want.
2.Add LINE OA @takeokikuchi
3.Send the captured product photo or specify the desired product, color, size, or any additional requests to our admin.
4.Complete order confirmation and payment.

1. Payment
・For purchases made via LINE, payment is accepted via bank transfer only.
   For Credit/Debit cards, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfers, please place your order through Online Store.
・To confirm your order, please send proof of payment to our admin via LINE chat.
   Important: For your security, please do not share payment information or order confirmation with others.
・We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party involvement in order collection.

2. Delivery & Shipping Fees
・You may choose to collect your order at the TAKEO KIKUCHI Flagship Store, or have it delivered to your specified address.
・For In-store collection, please present your order confirmation to our staff upon receipt.
・Free delivery within Thailand is available for orders exceeding 1,000 baht.
・Estimated delivery times are 2-3 working days within Bangkok and nearby areas, and 3-5 working days for other provinces, subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
・Your tracking number will be provided within 1 day after payment and shipping confirmation.
・For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times vary by location; please consult with our admin for more information.
・Kindly check and collect your product within 15 days of delivery completion.
   If there are any manufacturing or delivery defects, please retain all tags and labels on the item and contact us promptly via LINE chat.
・Our return terms and policies apply; you may inquire with us prior to confirming your order. 

3. Others
・Free gift-wrapping service is available upon request, please let us know when confirming your order.
・E-tax invoices can be issued upon request.
・If you are a TAKEO KIKUCHI member, please inform us at the time of purchase to ensure our purchase is credited as value points.

1. การชำระเงิน
・รับชำระเงินแบบโอนเงิน ในกรณีสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่าน LINE OA เท่านั้น หากต้องการชำระเงินด้วย Credit/Debit cards, Mobile Banking, หรือ Bank Transfers สามารถสั่งซื้อได้ผ่าน Online Store.
・กรณีสั่งซื้อผ่าน LINE โปรดคอนเฟิร์มการสั่งซื้อ โดยส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงินให้กับแอดมิน 
   ข้อควรระวัง: เพื่อความปลอดภัย โปรดอย่าแขร์ข้อมูลการชำระเงินหรือการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อให้กับผู้อื่น
・ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบหากมีการรับสินค้าโดยบุคคลอื่น ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ 

2. การจัดส่งและค่าธรรมเนียมการส่ง
・ท่านสามารถเลือกรับสินค้าได้ที่ร้าน TAKEO KIKUCHI Flagship Store ห้างสรรพสินค้า centralwOrld หรือแจ้งสถานที่จัดส่งที่ต้องการ
・กรณีรับสินค้าที่ร้าน TAKEO KIKUCHI Flagship Store โปรดแสดงหลักฐานการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อแก่พนักงานขาย
・ฟรีค่าจัดส่ง สำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่มียอดรวมมากกว่า 1,000 บาท และเป็นการจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย
・ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง 2-3 วันทำการ สำหรับพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล และ 3-5 วันทำการสำหรับจังหวัดอื่นๆ ในประเทศไทย โดยอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ที่อาจเกิดในขณะนั้น 
・ท่านจะได้รับ Tracking Number ภายในหนึ่งวันหลังจากชำระเงินและการยืนยันการจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว  
・ในกรณีสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศ โปรดติดต่อแอดมินสำหรับการจัดส่งและค่าจัดส่งไปต่างประเทศ
・โปรดรับสินค้าและตรวจสอบสินค้าภายใน 15 วัน หลังจากการจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว
・หากพบตำหนิที่เกิดจากการผลิตหรือการจัดส่งโปรดเก็บป้าย tag และ label ทั้งหมดไว้กับสินค้า และติดต่อแจ้งแอดมินผ่าน LINE Chat.
・โปรดตรวจสอบ เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ก่อนการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ 

3. อื่นๆ 
・บริการห่อของขวัญฟรี โปรดแจ้งความประสงค์กับแอดมินตอนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
・ท่านสามารถขอ E-tax Invoice ได้ โปรดแจ้งกับแอดมินตอนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
・หากท่านเป็นสมาชิก TAKEO KIKUCHI MEMBER CLUB โปรดแจ้งกับแอดมิน เพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์ตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
