◆ About hangers
・Please put your suit on a hanger for suits after wearing.
・Please use thick hangers that match the shoulder width.
・Simple hangers may cause the garment to lose its shape.
・We also recommend that you allow the fabric to rest for two to three days after wearing.

◆ Brushing
・We recommend that you brush your garments regularly.
・Invisible sebum and dust can accumulate on the surface of the fabric, which may cause insect bites.
・Brushing along the direction of the grain of the fabric will remove dust and prevent pilling by loosening tangled fluff.

◆ What to do if the fabric is wavy
・Waving is caused by the phenomenon of wool fabrics stretching and shrinking as they absorb and dissipate moisture. Rain tends to cause the above phenomenon.
・When wet, remove water with a towel, etc., and hang the garment on a hanger to dry.
・When using a steam iron, be sure to check the handling label.

◆ First aid measures in case of staining
・When a suit gets stained, do not force it by trying to remove the stain easily.
In fact, it may be difficult to correct the stain.
・It is safer to consult a reliable dry cleaner and ask for professional treatment.

The following stain removal methods are available for emergency treatment.

(1) [Water-soluble]
Stains from tea, tea, coffee, etc.
Heating or using a mild alkaline detergent will make it difficult to remove the stain.
Dab with a towel wrung out with water and use a neutral detergent to remove the stain.

(2) [Oil-soluble]

โดยผู้ที่รายได้และเสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา แต่ไม่รวมถึงห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญหรือคณะบุคคลที่มิใช่นิติบุคคล สามารถนำค่าสินค้า
หรือบริการที่กำหนดไปลดหย่อนภาษีในปี 2568 เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 ม.ค. 2568 ถึงวันที่ 28 ก.พ. 2568

1. ผู้เสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา (ไม่รวมถึงห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญหรือคณะบุคคลที่มิใช่นิติบุคคล)
2. ซื้อสินค้าที่ซื้อผ่านช่องทางทาเคโอะ คิคุชิออนไลน์สำเร็จ ระหว่าง 16 ม.ค. 2568 เวลา 00.01 น. จนถึง 28 ก.พ. 2568 เวลา 23.59 น.
3. ซื้อสินค้าที่ซื้อผ่านร้านทาเคโอะ คิคุชิ  สาขา Central World Flagship Store และสาขา Siam Premium Outlets ระหว่าง 16 ม.ค. 2568 เวลา 00.01 น. จนถึง 28 ก.พ. 2568 ตามเวลาเปิดปิดของแต่ละสาขา

กรณีซื้อสินค้าผ่าน Online Store กับ TAKEO KIKUCHI

1.ในขั้นตอนคำสั่งซื้อ กรอกข้อมูลใน Billing Detail และกรอก Tax-ID เพื่อขอใบกำกับภาษี (e-Tax invoice) หรือใบเสร็จรับเงิน (e-Receipt)

2.หลังจากได้รับสินค้าแล้ว ลูกค้าจะได้รับใบส่งของ สามารถเข้ามาดาวน์โหลดใบกำกับภาษี (e-Tax invoice) หรือใบเสร็จรับเงิน (e-Receipt) ได้ที่ https://taxinvoicewsf.tnlx.co.th  โดยมีขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้

2.1 กรอกหมายเลขที่ใบส่งของ/ใบกำกับภาษีและคลิกค้นหา

2.2 ระบบจะแสดง Pop-up ให้กรอก TAX ID. เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน และคลิกค้นหา

2.3 ระบบจะแสดงข้อมูลรายการใบกำกับภาษี โดยลูกค้าสามารถดาวน์โหลดเอกสารได้จากหน้านี้

กรณีซื้อสินค้าผ่านหน้าร้านสาขา CENTRAL WORLD FLAGSHIP STORE
และสาขา SIAM PREMIUM OUTLETS BANGKOK

1.ในขั้นตอนการชำระเงิน คุณลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งขอออกใบกำกับภาษี (Tax invoice) แก่พนักงานขาย
2.แสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือแจ้งข้อมูลสำหรับการออกใบกำกับภาษี (Tax invoice) ให้กับพนักงานขาย
3.ลูกค้าจะได้รับใบกำกับภาษี (Tax invoice) ทันที ณ จุดขาย โดยสามารถใช้ใบกำกับภาษีนั้นเป็นเอกสารหลักฐานการลดหย่อนได้
4.ระบบจะนำส่งข้อมูลใบกำกับภาษี (Tax invoice) ของคุณลูกค้าให้กรมสรรพากรด้วยวิธีการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

ข้อควรทราบ
1.โปรดตรวจสอบรายละเอียดบนใบกำกับภาษีให้ถูกต้อง
2.ลูกค้าสามารถขอออกใบกำกับภาษีได้ภายในวันที่ซื้อสินค้าเท่านั้น
3.ระบบจะไม่มีการส่งใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปไปให้กับลูกค้าทางอีเมล์ ทั้งนี้ หากต้องการให้ส่งเข้าอีเมล์โปรดแจ้งความประสงค์แก่พนักงานขายภายในวันที่ซื้อสินค้า

・ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบหากมีการรับสินค้าโดยบุคคลอื่น ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ 

2. การจัดส่งและค่าธรรมเนียมการส่ง
・ท่านสามารถเลือกรับสินค้าได้ที่ร้าน TAKEO KIKUCHI Flagship Store ห้างสรรพสินค้า centralwOrld หรือแจ้งสถานที่จัดส่งที่ต้องการ
・กรณีรับสินค้าที่ร้าน TAKEO KIKUCHI Flagship Store โปรดแสดงหลักฐานการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อแก่พนักงานขาย
・ฟรีค่าจัดส่ง สำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่มียอดรวมมากกว่า 1,000 บาท และเป็นการจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย
・ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง 2-3 วันทำการ สำหรับพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล และ 3-5 วันทำการสำหรับจังหวัดอื่นๆ ในประเทศไทย โดยอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ที่อาจเกิดในขณะนั้น 
・ท่านจะได้รับ Tracking Number ภายในหนึ่งวันหลังจากชำระเงินและการยืนยันการจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว  
・ในกรณีสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศ โปรดติดต่อแอดมินสำหรับการจัดส่งและค่าจัดส่งไปต่างประเทศ
・โปรดรับสินค้าและตรวจสอบสินค้าภายใน 15 วัน หลังจากการจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว
・หากพบตำหนิที่เกิดจากการผลิตหรือการจัดส่งโปรดเก็บป้าย tag และ label ทั้งหมดไว้กับสินค้า และติดต่อแจ้งแอดมินผ่าน LINE Chat.
・โปรดตรวจสอบ เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ก่อนการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ 

3. อื่นๆ 
・บริการห่อของขวัญฟรี โปรดแจ้งความประสงค์กับแอดมินตอนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
・ท่านสามารถขอ E-tax Invoice ได้ โปรดแจ้งกับแอดมินตอนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
・หากท่านเป็นสมาชิก TAKEO KIKUCHI MEMBER CLUB โปรดแจ้งกับแอดมิน เพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์ตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
